Djembes are wonderful drums which are becoming very popular all over the world. Their range of tones makes them very versatile and suitable as an accompaniment to other drums or a stand-alone instrument. They are also popular in drum circles, often being the central drum. These are full size Djembes, which means they are not only loud when required, but capable of the full range of sounds from deep bass notes and full tone mids to high sharp slaps. Traditionally, djembes are made from wood with a series of ropes or strings for tuning. These however, are made from more modern fiberglass with chromed tuning hardware which makes the instrument far less hassle to tune and maintain meaning you can spend more time playing. The included stand is adjustable to enable you to get it at the right height and angle for playing, additionally it keeps the bottom off the floor so you get the most out off the full tone and bass this instrument offers. Due to the unique nature of natural materials such as the real hides used on these drums, the patterns and colours on the head will vary from drum to drum. Also, our brand logo printed on the drum head which is not shown in the photos.
