SHIPPING INFO

If you order before midday Mon-Fri, we usually dispatch same day.

Occasionally this is not possible, and your order will be dispatched the next working day. If there are going to be delays of more than a few days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order, or wait

Shipping for smaller items is free throughout the UK and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class (usually next day delivery)

Shipping for larger items is free for most of the UK, although in some more remote areas will attract a small charge, larger items are usually sent by Parcelforce (48 hour service)

• UK - Average 1 or 2 days - allow up to 14 days
• Europe - Average 3 or 4 days - allow up to 21 days
• Outside Europe - Average 5 or 6 days for most countries including US and Canada - allow up to 21 days

If you have waited longer than the allowed time and your order has not arrived, please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act 2000 and is further outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Below is a brief run down of the most important points, please refer to the Terms and Conditions for the full and binding version.

• You may return goods for any reason (damaged, faulty, unwanted, etc) as long as you have not used them.
• You must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Let us know why you wish to return, and if you require a refund or replacement, in writing or by sending a message from the contact us page.
• Please then wait for our instructions before taking any further action. Do not return or dispose of anything until we ask you to.
• When we have agreed your return, and received the goods back, you can choose for us to replace the goods or to refund you the total you paid including shipping (and in some cases the cost of the return shipping to us)
